Community Housing Network is investing $11 million, its largest development to date, on the 48-unit Grafton Townhomes in Eastpointe. Ground was broken May 2015 and full occupancy is expected in spring 2016. Grafton Townhomes provides quality affordable housing for 48 low- and moderate-income households, including 12 with special needs.
