Gary Johnson says he would abolish the federal student loan program

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson spoke to Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric about why he would like to abolish the federal student loan program. He said, If guaranteed government student loans were to have never existed I guarantee college tuition would probably be half of what it is. Johnson also said that even if abolishing student loans would exclude some in the short-term, ultimately tuition would go down.
