FHA Vs Conventional Loan- Which is Best?

The main Difference between the 2 loans is mortgage insurance. FHA requires mortgage insurance for the life of the loan. Conventional loans have mortgage insurance until you have 20% equity or if you put the 20% down up front than you won't need mortgage insurance. Conventional has a higher interest rate but it requires only 3% down minimum where FHA requires 3.5% down but FHA has a lower interest rate. Every year ivory homes hosts a ginger bread competition at heritage park "this is the place" around Christmas time. We took the family and made her own gingerbread's with their provide a gingerbread cookies and candy accessories. They also had a Santa Clause to take photos with.
